Please read this Subscription Policy carefully before purchasing any subscription-based product or offer from Sensea.

By selecting a subscription option during checkout, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.


1. Subscription Program Overview

Sensea may offer certain products through optional subscription-based purchase plans.

Subscription offers may provide:

  • discounted pricing,

  • recurring product deliveries,

  • special promotions,

  • or loyalty savings compared to one-time purchases.

Participation in any subscription program is completely optional and selected voluntarily by the customer during checkout.


2. Recurring Billing Authorization

By selecting a subscription option and completing checkout, the customer expressly authorizes Sensea to charge the payment method provided on a recurring basis according to the selected subscription plan.

Recurring charges may include:

  • product costs,

  • applicable shipping fees,

  • taxes,

  • and other clearly disclosed charges associated with the subscription.

Customers acknowledge that subscription billing will continue automatically until canceled.


3. Subscription Renewal Frequency

Subscription orders are automatically renewed according to the selected delivery interval displayed during checkout.

Depending on the selected plan, billing may occur every:

  • 30 days,

  • monthly,

  • or another disclosed recurring interval.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected subscription terms before completing checkout.


4. Managing or Canceling a Subscription

Customers may cancel future subscription renewals at any time by contacting our support team via e-mail trysensea@yahoo.com before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation requests submitted after a renewal charge has already been processed may apply only to future renewals.

Canceling a subscription:

  • stops future recurring charges,

  • but does not automatically cancel, refund, or reverse orders that have already been processed or shipped.


5. Subscription Order Processing

Subscription renewal orders are processed automatically according to the customer’s selected subscription schedule.

Once a subscription order has been processed or submitted for fulfillment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their subscription status and billing dates.


6. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, Sensea may attempt to process the payment again using the payment method on file.

Failure to complete payment may result in:

  • delayed shipments,

  • paused subscriptions,

  • or cancellation of the subscription service.


7. Shipping & Delivery for Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to the same Shipping Policy, delivery estimates, customs procedures, and international transit conditions as standard orders.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed,

  • customs delays may occur,

  • and tracking updates may temporarily pause during transit.

Shipping delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or local postal services do not automatically qualify subscription orders for cancellation or chargeback while the shipment remains in transit.


8. Refunds for Subscription Orders

Refund requests for subscription orders are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Refunds are not guaranteed for:

  • subscription renewals already processed,

  • shipped orders,

  • delayed international shipments still in transit,

  • or orders affected by customs processing.


9. Customer Responsibility

By enrolling in a subscription plan, customers acknowledge that they are responsible for:

  • reviewing subscription details before purchase,

  • monitoring renewal dates,

  • maintaining accurate billing information,

  • and contacting support before the next billing cycle if cancellation is desired.


10. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

By enrolling in a subscription plan, customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • subscription terms were voluntarily accepted during checkout,

  • recurring billing authorization was granted,

  • and future charges may occur according to the selected subscription interval.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for valid recurring charges processed according to the agreed subscription terms may be considered abuse of the payment dispute process.

Sensea reserves the right to provide:

  • subscription enrollment records,

  • checkout verification data,

  • billing authorization records,

  • IP logs,

  • customer communications,

  • and order history

in response to payment disputes, chargebacks, or fraudulent claims.


11. Changes to Subscription Terms

Sensea reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription programs or pricing at any time.

Any material changes will become effective after being posted on this page.

Continued participation in the subscription program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
