Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment confirmation.
In some cases, tracking may temporarily pause while the package is:

This is normal for international shipments and does not necessarily mean the package is lost.
Can customs delay my package?

Do you ship internationally?

My package says delivered, but I cannot find it. What should I do?

Subscriptions & Billing

How do subscriptions work?

How do I cancel my subscription?

Once canceled, no future recurring charges will occur.

Why was I charged again?
Recurring charges may occur if a subscription option was selected during checkout.
Customers authorize recurring billing when enrolling in a subscription plan.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
After this period, orders are automatically processed and prepared for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Can I return my order?
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Certain items, including opened supplement products, promotional items, or products not in original condition, may not qualify for return.
How long do refunds take?

Can delayed shipments be refunded?
Shipping delays caused by customs procedures, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or international transit issues outside of our control do not automatically qualify for refund while the package remains in transit.
