At Sensea, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
By completing a purchase on our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return:

Returns sent without prior approval from our support team may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged through misuse or improper handling
Sensea reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
To process the request, customers must provide:

Failure to report the issue within the stated timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Once a return request is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Sensea.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
After this period, orders are automatically processed and prepared for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
If an order has already been shipped, it will fall under the standard return policy once delivered.
Refused Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
Sensea is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, refused, abandoned, or returned due to:

Incorrect shipping information

Failure to collect the package

Refusal to pay customs fees or import charges

Failure to comply with local import regulations
Packages refused or returned to sender may not qualify for full refund.
Shipping, handling, return shipping, customs, carrier, or restocking costs may be deducted from any approved refund where applicable.
Customs & International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or delays imposed by the destination country.
These procedures are outside of our control.
Sensea is not responsible for customs delays, customs holds, import restrictions, or additional fees imposed by local authorities.
Customers are solely responsible for complying with the laws and import regulations of their country.
Orders delayed in customs or in transit are not considered lost.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to the policies outlined on our Shipping Policy, Terms of Service, and Return & Refund Policy pages.
Customers acknowledge that international shipping may involve transit delays, customs processing, or temporary tracking interruptions outside of our control.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that:

remains in transit,

is delayed due to customs processing,

or was shipped within the disclosed processing timeframe
may be considered a violation of these agreed purchase terms.
Sensea reserves the right to provide order records, tracking information, proof of shipment, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and policy acceptance records in response to disputes or chargeback claims.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
Sensea is not responsible for lost return shipments.
